Authors may submit full papers that fall within the scope of ICHORA 2027.
All submissions must be prepared at the highest level of quality.
Full papers should consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 pages, including references, graphics and figures.
The acceptance rate will be maintained at a selective level, and priority will be given to papers with high review scores.
A speaker can present a maximum of 3 papers. An author may be listed on a maximum of five papers.
All papers must be written in Turkish or English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template. Submissions prepared in Turkish must include an English title and abstract.
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal.
No modifications to accepted papers will be permitted after the camera-ready submission deadline.
All submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to the congress and readability.
The overall similarity index must not exceed 30%, including references, and 20%, excluding references. Submissions that do not meet this requirement will be rejected without peer review.
