Congress bag (2.000 EURO)

The sponsor covers the bag production cost. Event information and the sponsor's logo and contact details appear on the bag. The sponsor may include brochures and documents. The bag design is selected with the organising committee.

USB stick (2.000 EURO)

USB sticks with the sponsor's logo and promotional documents are distributed in congress bags. Minimum capacity: 64 GB.

Pen and notepad (1.500 EURO)

An A5 notepad, pen and pencil featuring the sponsor's logo and promotional information.

The organising committee may change the sponsorship conditions.
Requests are assessed based on application order, total support, the event plan and availability of the requested option.
Sponsorship is not transferable.
A signed application is required to reserve a sponsorship; confirmation requires payment.
