Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of state-of-the-art research in academia and industry on novel and emerging topics.

Special sessions bring researchers together around timely topics within the congress scope. We welcome proposals that add a clear perspective to the regular technical program.

What to include

  • Session title, acronym and a concise description of its topic and goals.
  • Names, affiliations and contact details of all organizers.
  • How the session fits the congress scope and what makes it distinct from regular tracks.
  • Suggested subtopics and the intended audience or potential contributors.
  • A plan for attracting submissions and promoting the session.
After approval

Session papers and program

Approval of a session proposal does not accept individual papers. Authors submit their papers through the conference system; they follow the regular review, registration, final-paper and presentation requirements.

The final session format and time slot are confirmed when the technical program is prepared.
