  1. Start here

    Submit your paper

    By January 31, 2027

Choose a contribution type, prepare original work in the required format, and submit it through SETCMS. Enter the details of every author and keep your contact email current.

  2. Editorial checks & peer review

    Scheduled March 30, 2027

  3. Accepted contributions

    Prepare the final version

    By April 15, 2027

Address the review feedback and follow the requirements for your assigned publication route. Final files are due before registration closes, so plan both tasks after acceptance.

    IEEE Xplore route

Use the IEEE template, validate the PDF with PDF eXpress, upload the approved file and complete eCopyright when invited.

    IJMSIT route

Prepare the manuscript to the journal guidelines and submit it through the IJMSIT portal. IEEE PDF eXpress and eCopyright do not apply.

    Companion proceedings

Prepare an accepted abstract, tutorial or poster contribution according to the final editorial instructions.

  4. Accepted authors

    Register and pay

Registration can be completed after acceptance and may run alongside final-paper preparation. Each paper needs its own registration fee; follow the category, author and attendance conditions on the fees page.

    Early registration: April 30, 2027Late registration: May 10, 2027
  5. Congress program

    Present your work

    May 20-22, 2027

The technical program is scheduled for May 15, 2027. Check your session and presentation instructions when the final program is released.

The presenting author should deliver the work in the assigned in-person or online session. An unpresented paper may not be eligible for publication.

  6. After the presentation

    Receive your certificate

Participation certificates are issued after presentation. Check the conference system for electronic availability. Co-authors who attend should meet the registration conditions for their own participation.

  7. Publisher & editorial review

    Publication

Eligible presented contributions proceed through their assigned publication route. Publication timing depends on the publisher and editorial process.

IEEE makes the final decision about IEEE Xplore inclusion. Independent databases decide whether to index published IEEE papers.

IJMSIT applies its separate journal review and editorial process.
