Camera-Ready Submission

Prepare and submit the final version of your accepted paper using the instructions for its publication route.

Each accepted paper follows one publication route. Follow the IEEE steps only for a paper assigned to the IEEE option; follow the journal instructions for a paper assigned to IJMSIT.

IEEE proceedings

Format the accepted paper with the IEEE template, verify the PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress, upload the approved file to the conference system, and complete the copyright process when requested.

IJMSIT journal

Prepare the accepted manuscript according to the journal guidelines and submit it through the journal portal. IEEE PDF eXpress and eCopyright do not apply to this route.

Detailed camera-ready process

Prepare paper → Validate with PDF eXpress → Upload final PDF → Complete IEEE copyright.

Prepare the final manuscript

Apply the IEEE conference template, incorporate the reviewers’ requested changes, and check author names, affiliations, figures and references. Remove page numbers. Add the appropriate copyright notice to the footer of the first page.

Validate the PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress
Open IEEE PDF eXpress. Use the conference ID assigned to this edition when setting up or accessing your account.

First time using PDF eXpress
1. Choose Create account.
2. Enter the conference ID, your email address and a password. Complete the remaining account details.
3. Confirm your account using the instructions sent by email, then log in.
4. If prompted on your first login, complete your personal information.
Already have a PDF eXpress account
1. Open the login page.
2. Enter this edition’s conference ID and the email address and password from your existing account.
3. Sign in and continue to your dashboard.
Create a new title
From the dashboard, select Create New Title, enter your paper details and upload the final manuscript for checking.

Approve a passing PDF
When the status is Pass, review the generated PDF and select Approve. Download the approved file and keep its PDF eXpress filename.
Approve a PDF after it passes validation.
Correct and retry if needed
If the status is Error, read the error report sent by email, correct the manuscript and choose Try Again. Repeat the check until the PDF passes.
Use Try Again after correcting validation errors.
After approval, send the PDF eXpress-approved file to ichoracongress@gmail.com without changing its filename.
Upload the approved camera-ready PDF
Sign in to the conference submission system, open My Submissions, find your accepted paper, and select the upload icon in the Camera-ready column. Upload the PDF generated by PDF eXpress and check that the paperclip icon appears afterward. Do not rename or replace it with a draft.

Complete IEEE eCopyright
After camera-ready papers are collected, the corresponding author will receive an IEEE eCopyright email with the form link and instructions. Complete the form for the accepted paper.
