Privacy and cookies
This page explains how information submitted through the congress website is used and where external services may process information when you use their links or embedded content.
Information you provide
If you email the organising committee, we use your message and contact details to respond. If you subscribe to updates, the subscription form sends your email address to the SET Science subscription system and sends a verification email. Submission and registration links open the external SETCMS system, which has its own data practices.
Congress submissions
Submission and review information is used to administer the congress, communicate with authors and reviewers, make editorial decisions and prepare accepted work for publication. Access should be limited to those involved in these tasks and to the services used to provide them.
External services
This site loads fonts and a JavaScript library from Google. The venue page can load an embedded Google map. Links to SETCMS, social platforms and other sites take you to their own services. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies under their own policies.
Cookies
The Google Analytics 4 tag loads with analytics storage disabled by default. Before you accept, Google may receive limited signals without analytics cookies. If you accept, page-view measurement starts and Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga. Declining keeps analytics storage disabled. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage for later visits. Use “Analytics cookie settings” in the footer to change it. If you withdraw consent, the site disables analytics storage and attempts to remove its first-party analytics cookies.
Other external content may use its own cookies when loaded. You can review or clear stored data in your browser settings and consult each provider's privacy information.
