What registration includes

Conference proceedings, access to special sessions and tutorials, and coffee breaks.

Accommodation, travel and visa costs are not included.

Important conditions

Each registration fee covers one paper. A separate registration fee is required for every additional paper.
Each fee covers one author and one day. Participating co-authors and attendance on additional days require the listener fee.
Participants attending only tutorial sessions can register as listeners.

Payment guide

How to register and pay

Log in to SETCMS. Use the account details sent after your paper submission. If you are registering only as a listener, contact ichoracongress@gmail.com.
Start a registration. Choose REGISTRATION > New Registration and complete the form.
Choose a payment method. For a wire transfer, approve the form and use the bank details sent by email. For a credit card, continue to the card payment screen.
Check your status. Registration is complete after payment. Follow it under REGISTRATION > Registrations.

Paying on site? Contact ichoracongress@gmail.com before registering. Choosing on-site payment means you plan to attend in person and pay at the registration desk.
