Tutorials will provide an interactive space for research and experienced tutors to present state-of-the-art research and the latest development.

Teach a topic in depth

We invite half-day and full-day tutorial proposals on subjects within the congress scope. Tutorials should give participants a clear learning path with practical examples, discussion or hands-on material.

Proposal contents

Build your tutorial proposal

Keep the main proposal to a maximum of 3 pages.

  • Format: half-day or full-day, with the expected audience and any prerequisites.
  • Title and abstract: explain the topic and what participants will learn.
  • Motivation: show why the topic matters to the congress community.
  • Outline: provide a realistic timed syllabus, learning outcomes and planned activities.
  • Presenters: give names, affiliations, roles and relevant experience.

Include presenter biographies of up to 1 page in addition to the proposal.

Publication route

Companion proceedings

Accepted tutorial presenters may submit an abstract for the ICHORA2027 companion proceedings, subject to the final editorial instructions. A tutorial proposal is not an IEEE Xplore full-paper submission.
