A poster session is a structured presentation format commonly used in academic, scientific, and professional conferences to showcase research, projects, or ideas. Participants present their work visually on a poster and discuss it with attendees in an informal setting.

What to prepare

  • A clear title, author details, abstract and keywords.
  • A concise explanation of the problem, method, main findings and contribution.
  • A topic that fits one of the congress tracks. Review the full topic list.
  • A presentation author who can discuss the poster during its assigned session.

Follow the format and file instructions shown by the submission system for the poster contribution type.

After acceptance

Presentation & publication

Accepted posters are scheduled in the congress program after registration. The abstract may be prepared for the ICHORA2027 companion proceedings under the final editorial instructions. Posters do not follow the IEEE Xplore full-paper route.
