The International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization, and Robotic Applications (ICHORA) has been organized since 2019. The congress aims to bring scientists, experts, instructors, non-governmental organizations, and private sector representatives together to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in a scientific framework. ICHORA 2026 is a platform for state-of-the-art research paper presentations in engineering fields, as well as for discussing current issues and innovative technologies in multidisciplinary studies.

The technical program of ICHORA 2026 will include the presentation of invited speakers, panels, tutorials, special sessions, posters, and regular sessions. ICHORA 2026 is an international congress organized for universities, research groups, companies, and technology groups from many countries to present their research results and innovative applications. .

All submitted full papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to congress and readability. Accepted and presented full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Additionally, abstracts, tutorials and poster presentations will be published with ISBN in the ICHORA2026 companion proceeding.

The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Papers in both languages are accepted. We will be pleased to welcome you at the International Congress on Human-Computer Interaction, Optimization and Robotic Applications, which will be held in person and online on May 21-23, 2026 in Radisson Blu Hotel - Ankara, Türkiye.
