ICHORA2025 accepts special session proposals within the technical scope of the congress. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the congress and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry on special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Special session papers will be evaluated and peer-reviewed as per the same criteria as the regular papers. Accepted and registered session papers will be included in congress proceedings.

Each approved special session proposal will be allotted a programming time slot for no less than 90 minutes(6 presentations at least) in the congress program.

All interested researchers or academics who would like to propose and organize a special session should send their special sessions via email (ichoracongress@gmail.com). All proposals have to be submitted, including the following information:

Title/topic of the special session
Acronym
The full names, affiliations, and contact information of all the special session organizers should be provided.
Brief description of special session
Related topics
Potential participants
Description of publicity and promotion plan

Special session proposals must be submitted before 1 January 2025.
